Symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

The symptoms of this syndrome are summarized below;

  • Muscle wear out in the thumb
  • Tingling or Numbness of the big finger adjacent two or three fingers on either one or both fingers of the hands.
  • Pain that radiates to the elbow, and sometimes the shoulder
  • Palm tingling or numbness
  • Pain gets worse with extension and flexion of the fingers of the hands
  • Weak pinch movement or difficulty holding and carrying bags
  • Pain in the wrist or hand, on one or both sides
  • Weakness and loss of strength in the hands
  • Problems with fine and coordinated movement of the fingers in one or both hands
