Eat Raisins and Almonds

Regularly eating almonds and raisins is one of the best natural ways to treat low blood pressure. [8] Eating raisins is a part of Ayurvedic remedies for low blood pressure. If you have hypotension, soak a few raisins in water overnight. Eat them on an empty stomach in the morning and drink the water in which you soaked them. Cut down on Carbs

High-carb foods typically digest very quickly compared with low-carb foods. This can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly. [9] If you already have low pressure, this can be bad for your health. Limit the consumption of high-carb foods such as rice, bread, and potatoes.
