- Fatigue
- Nausea and vomiting [2]
- Vaginal spotting
- Missed period
- Breast tenderness and swelling
- Headaches
You may also have frequent urination in later stages of pregnancy. This occurs when the growing uterus puts pressure on the bladder. While pregnant, you are also at an increased risk of developing UTI. Sometimes this may be another reason for urinary frequency in pregnancy.
