Appendicitis is when you have an inflamed appendix and this can cause one to pee more often. Appendicitis is a common surgical emergency. It is in fact the most common reason people have surgery in their abdomen. Appendicitis happens when food and other debris gets trapped in the appendix, causing it to swell.

Because of the location of the appendix, swelling of it can irritate the bladder or ureter. This can cause one to have urinary frequency. Other common symptoms of appendicitis include:
