Calf Stretches and Neck Stretches
- Place your hands against a wall, and stretch your arms out, so you’re standing at arm’s length against that wall.
- Put your left foot behind your right foot.
- Curve your right leg forward.
- Make sure your left knee and heel is straight on the floor.
- Keep your back and hips straight and don’t alternate your feet outward or inward.
- Hold this position for 30seconds.
- Switch your legs and repeat exercise.
Stretch your neck to relive pain, and follow the below steps:
- Curve your head to the right.
- Use your right hand to carefully pull your head downwards, towards your shoulder.
- Hold your head for 30 seconds.
- Curve your head to the left side, and repeat the stretch.
