Chest pain

Walking pneumonia causes chest pain [6]. Although this is usually not as serious as those caused by normal pneumonia, it can be quite unpleasant. The chest pain may become more pronounced when you take a deep breath or cough.
If this symptom becomes too uncomfortable, you should consider seeing a doctor for an examination. This is because conditions other than atypical pneumonia can cause chest pain that worsens when you breathe.
Headache
Many illnesses cause headaches. If this is the only symptom you have, pinpointing the underlying cause can prove difficult. If you have respiratory illnesses like walking pneumonia, you are likely to experience headaches [7] along with other symptoms of the infection. The headache may be mild but persistent.
