Trauma during Birth

Trauma during childbirth [3] is a condition that affects some women who just delivered. The distress experienced by these mothers can cause schizophrenia. Note that trauma could either be physical, emotional, or psychological. In most scenarios, it’s conventionally psychological and emotional.
Trauma during birth may extend beyond the events that occurred during labor. It may also refer to how the mother feels after childbirth. Mothers may feel fearful, helpless, or unheard at the time of childbirth. It’s also possible that they feel shocked, numb, or guilty, resulting in panic attacks or anxiety.
To prevent birth trauma, the doctor may advise preparation for childbirth, establish a support network, seek medical health support, and encourage realistic expectations.
