Premenstrual dysphoric disorder

Among the different forms of premenstrual syndromes (PMS) [5], the premenstrual dysphoric disorder is the most severe. PMS symptoms are usually both psychological and physical, however, PMDD symptoms are mostly psychological. Some symptoms of PMS include fatigue, anxiety, irritability, food cravings, breast tenderness, bloating, and moodiness. PMDD symptoms are more severe and intense than those of PMS. PMDD may make a woman become depressed, to the extent that it affects her day-to-day lifestyle. Some symptoms of PMDD include;
