  • Reduce Stress: Being able to manage your stress levels helps to prevent these health conditions. Avoid overcommitting to things, practice meditation and learn to let uncontrollable issues go.
  • Be Consistent with Treatment: Don’t stop your medications suddenly, don’t stop the strategies and coping mechanisms given by your therapist.
  • Exercise: Exercising helps to increase the body temperature and also control the central nervous. It also controls chemicals like endorphins which control mood. Exercising also reduces depressing which cause chemicals in the body.
