What is the difference between PTG and resilience?

Experts believe that it is impossible to experience post-traumatic growth without experiencing post-traumatic stress. For it to be classified as PTG, you must have had symptoms of PTSD. Any growth you experience without going through the post-traumatic stress will be classified as resilience and not growth.
