Salt Water Mouth Rinse

This natural homemade mouthwash functions as a disinfectant that can clear out bacteria which causes gum infection. It also reduces inflammation around the mouth. It is pretty simple and easy to make. In a glass of warm water, add half a tablespoon of salt. Mix it together till the salt dissolves. Rinse and gargle this mixture in the mouth, and then spit it out. Repeat the process two more times. Avoid swallowing this mouth rinse and also watch out for the quantity of salt use.
