5 Symptoms of Panic Attack

Trembling & Sweating

Trembling or shaking is the movement of a part or limb of your body in such a manner that it’s rhythmic, unintentional and uncontrollable. When a panic attack occurs, there’s visible shaking in one or more parts of the body. In some cases just the hands may be shaking, while the whole body may also be affected. The trembling can be compared to when a person is shivering due to cold. It is usually done without any form of control and intention.

In normal circumstances, sweating is the way the body gets rid of some toxins while also cooling down. Sweating is a normal bodily activity, until it becomes excessive. A panic attack causes a person to sweat excessively as sweating can be triggered by emotional circumstances and anxiety.
