Fullness

An enlarged spleen causes the stomach to feel full. If you find yourself eating less food than you usually do it may because of an enlarged spleen. This fullness could also manifest as abdominal bloating that leaves you feeling full. This drop in appetite further leads to weight loss which could sometimes be rapid and white noticeable. Although feeling of fullness could be a sign of another disease or infection, when paired with loss of appetite [2], weight loss, and inability to eat large amounts of food, it mostly leads to only one cause, enlarged spleen.
