Vitamin B6

Small doses of vitamin B6 supplements may help reduce nausea because it contains a nutrient called pyridoxine. Pyridoxine helps the body absorb essential amino acids, reducing feelings of nausea. A study [8] showed two groups of women; one group had high levels of vitamin B6 in their blood and vice versa. The women with low vitamin B6 in their bodies had intense nausea symptoms, while the other group had significantly reduced feelings of vomiting.
