Autoimmune responses & Fatigue

Your immune system is supposed to protect you from harmful foreign substances like germs and some toxins. Sometimes this system malfunctions and begins wrongly targeting cells of your own body. Autoimmune diseases are diseases characterized by this kind of reaction. There are several types.
Leaky gut syndrome is thought to contribute to the development of autoimmune diseases [7], such as rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s disease. This is because leaky gut syndrome is thought to trigger widespread inflammation throughout the body. This immunological reaction may cause the immune system to target cells of the body.
Fatigue is tiredness, but more severe. It is more long-lasting and may not improve with rest. It is thought to also be a symptom of a leaky gut [8]. This may be because of the presence of toxins in the bloodstream.
