Gas
Most stomach sores are caused by the H. pylori bacteria [10], which may induce excess production of gas if too much is present in the small intestine. Gas in the stomach causes bloating – a feeling of discomfort that may last up to several hours.
Black Stool
When an open sore along the gastrointestinal tract is left untreated or made to worsen, it may bleed sometimes. Black stool may indicate a bleeding [9] ulcer suggesting that you should need medical attention to avoid further complications.
