Lunges [4] exercise the muscles of the legs and increase blood flow. Lunges aren’t just good for your legs; they increase blood flow to the heart, helping it pump blood more efficiently.
Follow these steps to perform this exercise.

Stand on your feet with your arms by your sides.

Put your right foot forward.

Slowly bend your right leg at the knee while keeping your back straight.

Keep your arms by your side and your eyes forward.

Bend your right knee until its 90 degrees.

Stay in this position for about 10 seconds then return to your starting position.

Repeat all the steps with your other leg.
