You can do this exercise from the comfort of your home. The mountain climber [6] exercise makes the heart work harder and is very effective in increasing blood circulation. It is ideal to perform this while wearing a shoe so the “climbing” is easier.
Follow these steps:

Get into a plank position on a mat or on the bare floor.

Pull your right knee up to your chest.

Return your right knee and pull up the left knee.

Repeat this process, switching between both legs as if you’re climbing a mountain.

You can up your speed to increase the intensity of the exercise.
