Discharge
The yeast infection typically causes a thick, white, and clumpy vaginal discharge. However, when the discharge is due to a yeast infection, it doesn’t result in a foul smell. The discharge usually follows other symptoms like itching, burning, and redness.

One of the common treatments for vaginal discharge from a yeast infection is a short-course vaginal therapy. This therapy may involve taking an antifungal medication for three to seven days, depending on the doctor’s procedure. Most antifungal drugs include creams, suppositories, and tablets.
