The Renuvion/J-Plasma Device
For less invasive tightening, there is a more recent technology called the Renuvion/J-Plasma device. Skin contraction and new collagen synthesis are encouraged by cold plasma energy.
The gadget uses helium gas that has been radio frequency (RF) ionised to offer rejuvenating effects to the target area and define the body’s natural contours.
Similar to Thermage, a probe is inserted under the skin that has to be tightened during the process, and plasma energy is used to treat it.
The shortest-acting benefits start to show up within a few weeks, while the longer-lasting ones take several months to develop. Most of the time, just one therapy is required.
