Skin damage

According to research, frequent exposure to UVB and UVA rays (nonvisible rays) can damage your skin and make you more susceptible to skin cancer [2]. A 2015 study showed that people who use devices with blue have low levels of antioxidants and high levels of free radicals.
Free radicals can disrupt DNA sequence and increase the production of cancer cells. Antioxidants [3] reduce the production of free radicals. The amount of blue light used for research purposes is the equivalent of bathing in the sun for one hour at noon in some European countries.
