There’s hardly a person alive who hasn’t had a headache once. Nevertheless, not all kinds of beaches are the same. There are several types of headaches, and they each mean something to your health.

What is Headache?

Headaches are simply a pain in the head, it could be sharp or dull. Headaches could elapse a shot or long period. Nevertheless, every headache is different and can be indicative of certain conditions or irregularities in your health. Statistics account for about 75% of the world’s population that has had a headache during their lifetime. The World Health Organization, WHO [1] states that nearly everyone has had a headache in their lifetime. Exports account for over 150 types of headaches [2]. Nonetheless, all headaches fall into either primary or secondary headaches. What’s the difference? Primary headaches do not result from any medical condition while secondary headaches are signs or symptoms resulting from an existing medical condition. Headaches like migraines are heritable, descents from a family with a record of migraines are four times likely to have migraines.
