Migraines

Migraine [3] happens three times more in women than men. This headache is characterized by a sharp pain on a side of the head alongside nausea. The pain could elapsed days or weeks. It doesn’t happen every time to the patient, but it happens occasionally. Preceding migraine is an aura [4]. This aura is characterized by symptoms which are indicative of severe medical condition like meningitis [5], and stroke [6]. Symptoms that trail this aura include visual problems, dizziness, loss of consciousness, and difficulty speaking amongst others. Certain things serve as triggers of migraines. They include; sleep disruption, stress, anxiety, dehydration, hormonal changes, loud noise, bright lights, some foods, some medications, etc.
