Tension Headaches
Tension headache [7] is the most common type of headache. The skin resulting from this headache is usually felt behind the eyes, in your head, and neck. Contractions of the muscle in the head and neck regions account for tension headaches, it could feel like a tight band around your head. This tension in the muscles is caused by food, activities, and stressors. The pain resulting from this headache is usually mild and would disappear in a short time. Over-the-counter medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen can be a relief treatment for this headache.
