Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Extreme tiredness is known as fatigue but what happens when you are tired for months on end without engaging in any strenuous activity that should warrant such tiredness. Chronic fatigue syndrome also manifests with symptoms that include muscle pain, easily distractedness, insomnia, headache, and sore throat. These symptoms are also present in patients with anemia, diabetes, thyroid problems, and sleep apnea. There is no method of determining if an individual has chronic fatigue syndrome [6]. The best process remains eliminating all other conditions that share similar symptoms and narrowing down the options. If you begin to feel fatigued for long stretches of time, you should consider seeing a doctor for a medical opinion.
