Garlic

Garlic is commonly used to improve blood circulation and heart health.
Studies reveal that garlic contains sulfur compounds, such as allicin [1] which plays a role in increasing tissue blood flow and reducing blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels.
Experts say that diets that contain high amounts of garlic are linked with better flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD), an indicator of blood flow efficiency.
A study was done in 43 people with coronary artery disease, those who ingested garlic powder tablets containing 1,200 mg of allicin twice daily for three months saw a 50% improvement in blood flow through the upper arm artery compared to a placebo group.
