Diets That Can Help Treat Morning Sickness

- Eat a lot of crackers because they help settle the stomach.
- Stay away from spicy and fatty foods. Eat more bland foods like bananas, rice, dry toast, plain baked potato, gelatin, broth, eggs, or applesauce.
- Eat multiple small meals a day instead of three large meals. Do not skip meals.
