Lavender Tea

Lavender tea is used to improve the digestive and mental health. Compounds in lavender are generally used in aromatherapy to aid relaxation and studies show that there are mental health benefits associated with this tea.
A 2020 study in 60 older adults discovered that drinking lavender tea in the morning and night eased anxiety and depression. It can also be used to aid relaxation and sleep, treat stomachaches [5] and boost your mood.
Rose Tea for Menstrual Pain
