The Food and Drug Administration issued Box warnings about the effects of cimzia on cancer and infection.

According to studies, frequent usage of Cimzia may lead to several infections. The infection could be bacterial, which includes sepsis (bacterial infection in your blood), or tuberculosis (TB). In severe cases, you may develop either viral, fungal, or parasitic infections.

People who consume Cimzia frequently are prone to skin cancer and blood cancers. Also, Cimzia has known as a tumour necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor. For this reason, it may lead to cancer of the lymph nodes (lymphoma) in children and adolescents.
