Serious side effects
Serious side effects from Imfinzi can occur, but they aren’t common. If you have serious side effects from Imfinzi, call your doctor right away. However, if you think you’re having a medical emergency, you should call 911 or your local emergency number.
Serious side effects reported with the use of Imfinzi include:

- pneumonitis* (inflammation of the lungs)
- hair loss
- allergic reaction*
- Immune system reactions can cause inflammation in your nerves, muscles, or joints, as well as in different organs, including your bowel (colitis) [5], in your kidney (nephritis) [6], in your liver (hepatitis) [7], in your eyes, and in your heart.
