Allergic Reaction

Just like most medications, you can have an allergic reaction after using onfi. Manifestations of a mild allergic reaction are:
- skin rash
- itchiness
- flushing (warmth and redness in your skin)
Serious allergic reactions are rare. Symptoms include:
- swelling under your skin, typically in your eyelids, lips, hands, or feet
- swelling of your tongue, mouth, or throat
- trouble breathing
Although rare, Onfi has led to severe skin reactions in both adults and children, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Manifestations of SJS or TEN are:
- skin blisters
- hives (itchy welts on your skin)
- sores in your mouth
Pay attention to these symptoms while using onfi. Medical attention is needed immediately if you notice the symptoms.
