Ginger

A lot of people make use of ginger as a cooking recipe, but it also have medical value. Studies have found that the same substances which give ginger its rich taste also have anti-inflammatory effects.[6]
Some researchers claim that ginger might one day be an alternative to anti-inflammatory nonsteroidal drugs (NSAIDs). [7] In herbal medicine, people have long used ginger to relieve nausea, but recently, it has been shown to help in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, joint and muscle pain.
In the future, components in ginger may form the basis of a medicinal treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, according to the authors of a 2016 review paper. [8]
