Rest

Never joke with your resting time. Everyone needs to rest at some point in their lives but your joints need it the most. Give yourself enough rest in between your daily activities, this will help to reduce stress levels.
Meditation
Some studies have shown that meditating as an alternative therapy has helped in easing stress and RA symptoms. Your doctor may likely advise you to meditate regularly and stay away from anything that can trigger your stress.
Diet
Certain foods like, fatty fish, olive oil, fruits and veggies, peas and beans, may help to reduce your symptoms by lowering the inflammation reactions in your body.
