Massage Your Knee with Caster Oil

Pour a spoonful of castor oil on your hands once it has warmed up in a cup. Castor oil shouldn’t be heated up. For a few minutes, gently rub it onto the knee. Apply a fresh dishcloth on the knee.

Place a heating pad or blanket on top of the dishcloth and leave it there for approximately 30 minutes. Do this a couple of times a day. It will cause the muscles to relax, and the discomfort will be lessened. When performing this, your leg should be elevated with two pillows placed beneath the knee.

You don’t have to straighten your legs completely since that can cause more pain. After 30 minutes, take the heating pad or blanket off and dishcloth and put it to the side. Remain in the position and if you have to get up, take your time.
