Leg Strengthening Exercises
The most crucial muscles that you should concentrate on are those around the knee, the glutes, and the hip. Also ensure that your doctor signs off on you performing these exercises. Exercises for strengthening the legs should be done slowly.
Slowly take up the following position. You can perform leg strengthening exercises three times daily for four weeks. This should make it possible for your knee to move again. Straight leg lifts and wall sits are two workouts that will strengthen your quads and hamstrings. Two repetitions of each stretch should be done while holding it for 20 to 30 seconds. You can lie down to perform straight leg raises.
Do not do squats or use weights during leg strengthening exercises, unless approved by your doctor.
