Eat Healthy Diet

You should add more anti-inflammatory foods to your diet. They will help to reduce the chances of injuries and maintain a healthy weight, so you don’t put a strain on your bones.
You should eat foods high in antioxidants, sulfur, and vitamins C and E, [1] such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and garlic. Salmon contains omega-3 fatty acids, [2] which are healthy. Consuming protein-rich foods like sardines, mackerel, eggs, and grass-fed beef is an excellent idea.
Keep your salt and sugar intake to a minimum. If at all feasible, get rid of them entirely. Olive oil and coconut oil are two good sources of fat you should add to your diet.
