Rest

The best treatment you can get for an ACL is to rest the leg. Do not add pressure, force, or weight to the leg in any way. If not you may risk worsening your condition and causing complications. If possible do not walk or stand until your situation gets better. Contact your doctor for a proper assessment golf your condition.
Have an Epsom Salt Bath
Pour as much Epsom salt as you’d like into the tub. Allow the Epsom salt to do its work while you soak in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes. When bathing, use warm water. You want it to decrease in temperature since there may be swelling and you don’t want it to get too hot. Consider using cool water if you can.
Inflammation, discomfort, and swelling will all be reduced by this. At least twice per day, take an Epsom salt bath. Someone will need to help you get in and out of the tub because your knee will hurt.
Ensure the whole of your knee is submerged into water, so that the Epsom salt can penetrate. Once you’re ready to get out of the tub, take your time and try not to put too much pressure on the knee.
