Wrist flexion stretch

The wrist flexion stretch [7] is similar to the wrist extensor stretch. The difference in the direction of the palm. Follow these steps to do it:

  • Extend your arm in front of you with your palm facing downward.
  • Bend your wrist so that your fingers point down and your palm faces your body.
  • Place your other hand over the back of your palm and gently pull it towards your body until you feel a stretch in your forearm.
  • Hold this stretch for about 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise up to five times on both hands.

Do five reps of this exercise up to four times a day throughout the week.
