Mobility Training

Mobility training is a type of training that improves your ability to move with strength through a range of motion. This is often mistaken for flexibility, but there are unique differences. For example, flexibility refers to the ability to move into a position using a little amount of outside pressure and force, while mobility training refers to the use of inner force and pressure. Therefore, how high you can move to touch your toes is a form of mobility. However, if you need to grab your legs and pull yourself done, then it is known as flexibility.
