Yoga and Stretching

Just like every exercise, yoga and stretching exercise have positive effects on RLC. A study was done in 2013, and it was discovered that yoga helped women reduced RLS symptoms. It also enhanced their mood and decrease their stress level, which also improves their sleep. It is not completely care why yoga and stretching helps people with restless syndrome. However, results have shown that stretches help to improve the symptoms of restless legs syndrome.
Having a Daily Routine
Regardless of how busy you get, a daily routine is very important in reducing RLS symptoms. The body works better when we remain consistent with a schedule and have predictable routines. This helps to prepare the brain for certain activities, even before engaging in them. The brain gets used to a particular activity that you do at a particular time and begins to send signals to the body parts to prepare them. Try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night or more and prioritize your health.
