Baked snacks or other foods

Baked food is really nice and sweet to taste, no doubt. But quite frankly, they can cause you a lot of harm. Come on, they contain high amounts of sugar, which can contribute to obesity. What’s more, baked snacks and foods can increase your triglycerides levels. These effects combined can do worse harm than you can imagine to your liver.
High-fat foods

Fast foods and processed foods usually contain high amounts of saturated fats and trans-fats. These types of fats are difficult to digest; the liver would struggle to process their products. Over time, they acculturate and soon result in inflammation somewhere in the liver. Accumulation of these “bad” fats in the liver can be an underlying cause of fatty liver disease.
