Avoid sugary sweets, candy and soft drinks. They’re not good for the teeth.

To treat and prevent gum infection, a good diet and eating plan is key. Also, inclusion of water to your diet is very important. Water is very good for the teeth and mouth, so drink enough water and liquids to avoid a dry mouth.
