Other symptoms besides pain may occur due to the condition of the affected area. It may be a sign of post-procedure complications. They include:

What to do if you still feel pain after 2 weeks of dental implant surgery

If your pain prolongs for more than two weeks or worsens, you should immediately visit your dentist. This is rare and could mean that the surgery was not done properly, your oral surgeon would have to review your condition.
