Mucoceles

This is a condition where mucus cyst forms in the roof of the mouth. This can result in injuries that irritate the salivary glands.
Mucoceles don’t usually require treatment and could last for days or weeks. Chances are that they will rupture on their own and heal on their own.
Squamous Papillomas
These are noncancerous masses that are caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). [4] They look like cauliflower, usually in white or pink. Treatment may not be necessary but they can be removed surgically if they are causing symptoms.
Although the bumps on your soft palate will heal on its own. You should still see your doctor if you have any concerns.
