Since ceramic dental implants [4] are white, they can closely match with teeth crowns. They may also be preferred to titanium implants if you have a history of recessed gums because they won’t be too visible.
Overall titanium implants still have more advantages than ceramic versions. Ceramic dental implants are more expensive compared to titanium implant. Also, there are chances that ceramic implants may be damaged during the manufacturing process. This increases the risk of fractures or rejection after the surgery.
