Fatigue

Your body works hard continuously to fight off the sinus infection. As a result, you will feel more tired than usual. The fatigue [1] that occurs due to sinus infections can also be caused by a lack of sufficient sleep, breathing problems due to sinusitis, and head pain.
Head Pain
Pain is one of the most common symptoms of a sinus infection. Sinusitis is usually accompanied by pressure, pain, or a throbbing sensation on your neck, forehead, between your eyes, upper jaw, and your teeth.
Postnasal Drip
A nasal discharge that drops down the back of your throat rather than through the nose is known as Postnasal drip. Postnasal drip gives you an itchy or ticklish feeling that makes you feel uncomfortable. The itchy feeling makes you clear your throat and cough persistently. You may also develop a sore throat, and your voice may become hoarse or scratchy because your throat feels more irritated and inflamed.
