Light infusions without any presence of citrus or high acid contents, are excellent for recovering the ulcer stomach. Black tea, or any other that has caffeine, is not applicable for the same reasons as citrus. A great suggestion for ulcers are chamomile teas and green herb teas.

Like teas, juices are also one of great options to take care of ulcers, as their properties are better when distributed in liquid, as well as being absorbed by the body more easily. However, in the same way as the infusions mentioned above, the ideal is to avoid citrus options, since the acid present in them can intensify the symptoms of the ulcer.
