Ensure your baby is lying on their back. It could be on your lap or on a cushioned flat surface. You can get on all fours over your baby and dangle your breast in their face. You can change position to a more comfortable one, if you start to experience discomfort and pain.

You can use the dangle feeding position if you are busy with something or preparing to go out. According to experts, this position is best for short periods and not long periods.

If you have more than one baby, you can use the double football hold position to feed them independently. With a football hold, you can hold the baby on each side of the baby. Ensure you support your baby’s head and use pillows for cushion.
