Cat/Cow

Cat/cow is a stretch that helps to improve flexibility throughout your body. This exercise is also referred to as cat/camel stretch:

Step 1: Get on your hands and knees. Your wrist should be in line with your shoulders and your knees in line with your waist.

Step 2: Round your back with the aim to feel a stretch in your lower back, while activating your core. This is known as the cat position.

Step 3: Lift your chest and tail bone. Raise your chin up while arching your back and stretching your abdomen. This is the “cow” or “camel” position.

Repeat the stretch ten times and twice daily.
