Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

The kettlebell suitcase deadlift is an exercise that helps increase the strength of the convex side of the spine, which may help relieve your back pain a little. To perform this exercise you’ll need a kettlebell weight [3].
Step 1: Choose a kettlebell weight that you can carry with one hand.
Step 2: Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
Step 3: place the weight on the outside of the right foot.
Step 4: Hinge at the hips, bending your knees, maintaining a straight spine.
Step 5: Grab the kettlebell. Stand up with a neutral spine to pick it up.
